AMDSG08 FAQ

Hello, I have a specific problem with your device AMDSG08. Sometimes some of 8 inputs are freezed and the input keeps last value and don't read the DS18B20 sensor anymore. What only helps is restart, which means I have to disconnect power and after 2, 3 seconds connect again.

MODBUS Reading frequency is setup for 10 seconds. The problem occurs randomly, in average 1 time per month. If the temperature data is for informal purpose only, I can live with it, but problem is that on the temperature values are depended many automations processes. If the input gets freeze, wrong (last, not updated value) can damage some part of my technology.

Please read register 0X00F4(244) to see if it is 10. If so, please change the value to 0.
