I am trying to integrate the Eletechsup CAROB08 8-channel RS485 controller into my system. I have successfully verified my physical connection and RS485 converter using a broadcast command (Slave ID 0), but I cannot get any response (Timeout error) for read/write requests with any other Slave ID.
Could you please provide the following information to help me resolve this:
Default Communication Parameters: Are there any non-standard settings for this specific hardware? (e.g., Baud Rate, Parity, Stop bits, or Slave ID).
Modbus Protocol Map: Could you provide the detailed Modbus Register Map (Address list) for this specific firmware version?
Inter-frame Delay: Does this device require a specific inter-frame delay or timeout setting in the master software to respond correctly?
Test Software: Is there a specific configuration tool or test software that you recommend for this module?
I have tried 9600-8-N-1, 9600-8-E-1, and 8-N-2 with no success. I am using Modbus Poll for testing.

2. We recommend testing the RS485 port first.
3. Set the first DIP switch (A0) to ON, and the others to OFF.
4. We recommend using a serial port assistant to send commands for testing.
5. If it still doesn't work properly, please send us a video for analysis.
