ESP32 custom request

We develop our own ESP32 firmware and our own cloud platform. The controller is used for industrial monitoring and control applications such as water systems, fountains, dosing systems, pumps and sensors.

We are currently evaluating the hardware platform that we will use for our production units.

Our main requirements include:

* At least 4 × 4-20mA analog inputs
* RS485 / Modbus RTU
* Digital inputs
* Relay/digital outputs
* Wi-Fi / ESP32
* Ability to connect temperature sensors such as DS18B20
* 12/24V industrial power supply
* Reliable operation for permanent field installations
* Full ability to flash and run our own ESP32 firmware

We also use Modbus TCP and communicate securely with our own Avdieltek Cloud platform.

We are currently interested in your ES32D26 board because its specifications appear to be very close to what we need.

This is not only a purchase of one development board. We are looking for a hardware manufacturer/supplier that we can work with as our product grows.

We will first purchase and test a small number of units. If the board passes our tests, our next planned production order is approximately 30 units, with the possibility of larger quantities afterward.

For us, one important requirement is communication with the manufacturer. Since we develop our own firmware, we do not need you to write software for us. However, when necessary, we do need access to accurate technical information such as GPIO mapping, schematics, analog input design, RS485 implementation and electrical specifications, and someone who can answer specific hardware questions.

Before I start sending you all of our technical questions about the ES32D26, could you please confirm whether you are interested in working with us in this way and supporting us with the necessary hardware information during development?

If everything works well, we would be happy to build a long-term relationship with your company.

What we need from our hardware supplier is good technical documentation and the ability to answer specific hardware questions when necessary.

The ES32D26 is very close to what we need, especially because it already provides 4 dedicated 4–20mA inputs, RS485, digital inputs and relay outputs.

Before ordering units for testing, I would like to ask a few questions:

1. I understand that the current ES32D26 uses a standard 38-pin ESP32 DevKitC. Is that correct?
2. Do you have a similar version using ESP32-S3, or would it be possible to manufacture an ES32D26-type board for ESP32-S3?
3. Do you have a similar board with an Ethernet RJ45 port in addition to Wi-Fi?

Ethernet is very interesting for our industrial installations because some customers prefer a wired network connection.

4. Do you have a complete DIN-rail enclosure for the ES32D26, preferably with a protective cover so that the PCB and ESP32 are not exposed?

We want the final product to be installed permanently inside electrical control panels, so we are looking for a professional DIN-rail enclosure rather than an exposed development board.

5. If our testing is successful, would you be able to manufacture a customized version for us in the future?

For example:

* 4 × 4–20mA inputs
* RS485
* Ethernet RJ45
* Wi-Fi
* ESP32 or preferably ESP32-S3
* Digital inputs
* Relay/digital outputs
* Connections for temperature sensors
* 12/24V power
* DIN-rail enclosure with protective

We would first purchase units for development and field testing. If everything works correctly, our next expected order is approximately 30 units, and our goal is to increase quantities as the product grows.

We are looking for a manufacturer that can become our long-term hardware supplier, not just a seller for a one-time purchase.

Please let me know if this is something your company would be interested in working with us on.
