The closest option for my requirements is F12.

However, it does not work correctly for my needs.

F12, T1=30, C1=1, Nx=0

After 1 pulses the relay is ON.
Then 3 seconds later relay is OFF

During the 3 seconds delay the device recieves more pulses, in this situation I would want the delay to reset to 3 seconds every time 1 pulse is recieved,. So if 1 pulse is received every 2 seconds the relay does not go off.
Is this possible?
