N4D3E16 Copied board from Original Eletechsup but less functions

I want to buy this circuit in new, but this one don`t Work and had only 8ch from 16ch with delay function. Have original circuits a 16ch delay or also only 8ch? Can i buy it from AliExpress? Can you Tell me the Shop Name?

you can see only 0x0001-0x0008 not 0x0001-0x0010 delay for all 16channel

The table is incomplete. Channels 1-16 have delay function. Actually, it is 0x0001-0x0010

Is this chip burnt out? The product has been tested at the factory and all channels support the delay function.
We found it , it is copied board from Eletechsup factory , there is no electechsup name on ethe board ,
