I have made an enlargement of the ANTSB02. The space between the spirals in this version is 0.6mm, the thickness of the spiral 0.4mm. The thickness of the letters "3.5mm Jack" is 0.2mm. I think that if you keep that thickness and space between the windings, you can make 300 windings on a size of 25cm.
That would mean a range of 50 meters (the small Schumann resonance generators have a range of 3 meters). That would be really fantastic.
I mean 20 meters, = 40 meters in diameter total
Answer :
Your idea is really good and crazy!!! But I consulted the PCB supplier. Their technicians gave me the answer that the minimum width and spacing of the coil is 0.254MM (10Mil).
Question :
Ahhh... perfect! 1/100 inch. Near 0.2mm. Make also the width 0.254mm!
Question :
, I am curious how powerful the signal will be. 2 layers are used now. If that is a success then applying a multilayer might also be interesting. What is the max. number of multilayers that you can apply. No not now, but just interested in that possibility.
Near 250 windings...

Answer : above 8 layers cost are very high
https://www.rs-online.com/designspark/multilayer-pcb-and-its-advantages --> Important to know for making antennas of the future. As you can see in the article, there are layers available up to 129 layers. This means that if you can "stack" antennas, you can achieve a considerable range, which I find important for applications such as greenhouses, pastures, large spaces with many animals, such as chickens. I made a rough calculation. In this case, you could then achieve a range of about 125 meters (from the antenna). Every quadrupling of the signal strength results in a doubling of the range.
