TYROD06 FAQ

TYROD06  ： You sent me the manual, but it does not mention anything about troubleshooting connection issues. The same applies to the video showing how to connect the board via Tuya.

The problem I am having is that when I press the button to put the board into pairing mode, the LED remains permanently green. It does not start flashing, so the board does not appear in the Tuya app.

I have also tried disconnecting the board from the power supply, reconnecting it, and pressing the button, but nothing happened. I also tried disconnecting it from the power supply, pressing and holding the button while it was unpowered, and then reconnecting the power while still pressing the button, but this did not work either.

The green LED only glows dimly and the board does not enter pairing mode.

There is also nothing connected to any of the terminals/contacts on the board.

What can I do to put the board into pairing mode? Is there a specific reset procedure or another method I should try?
