Customer : Hello. I just bought 5 pieces of RT38B01 to use with my PTZ Cameras. I would you to confirm that my connection is correct since so far there is no transmission. TRANSMISSION 1. PTZ Software Control Software 2. Waveshare RS485-USB Converter 3. RT38B01 (terminal + and - RECEIVE 4. RT38B01 (terminal + and -) 5. PTZ Camera The cameras are not responding. Could it be that my connection is wrong? Could it be that the transceivers need power through a third cable? Eletechsup : The vin gnd interface is not connected to the power supply....

They work wonderfully and are used successfully in some projects. Now there's a problem where I think you, as developers, probably have a solution or know other people who have the knowledge. Feel free to forward my email to anyone else who might be able to help me. Thanks in advance! But now to the problem! Reading positive temperatures is no problem. But reading temperatures equal to or less problematic. Do you have an example with an Arduino UNO, MEGA, how to solve the problem? I've attached the file for the Arduino UNO/MEGA with further information. I hope this will solve the problem!
