The CE021is a low noise, constant frequency (1.2MHz) switched capacitor voltagedoubler.
It produce a regulated output voltagefrom a 1.8V to 5V input with up to 100mA of output current.Low external parts count (one flying capacitor and two small bypasscapacitors at VIN and VOUT) make theCE021 ideally suited for small,battery-powered applications.

The CE021 have thermal shutdown capability and can survive a continuous short circuit from VOUT to GND. Built-in soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up.

High switching frequency enables the use of small ceramic capacitors. A low current shutdown feature disconnects the load from VIN and reduces quiescent current to <1uA.

Applications:

Low Power Wifi Module:ESP8266
Low-power Bluetooth module : HC-05 HC-06
Low-power Wireless UART module : HC-11 HC-12
Low-power wireless module : CC1101 CC2500 Nrf24l01+
Low-power LED Driver
